I think the key common denominator in all effective anti parasitic protocols is intensity- mainly for the reason these things are so adaptable.
For example i remember the routine my friend Derek went on to kill his tapeworm: It was more like a full on cleanse than dietary alteration. He firstly omitted all acidifying foods and sugars, then ate copious amounts of greens- like pounds and pounds. He didn't just eat his sprouts: he made blender drinks like 1liter size full of all kinds of sprouts, blended it up into a thick slurry and drank couple a day. With this level of intensity he said it took about 5 days before the worm finally threw in the towel. I am sure if he had included herbicides and zapping it would have been more effective, or at least quicker!
