Thank you. What did he do to "release a few colonies"? I got rid of tons of visible candida, which I had no clue I even had - just checking after being told I had a low grade wheat allergy - through hydrogen peroxide & apple cider vinegar enemas, sometimes kefir enemas. I now can find none of it, though it took dozens & dozens of those enemas. Boy do I feel better, too! However, I worry about it being up higher in the intestines where enemas don't reach. Do you know how people get rid of it there & elsewhere? How do they know they have been successful? I guess die off might let them know, and feeling better for a couple of things?

I do drink about a tbsp of apple cider vinegar in water daily (with a straw to protect my teeth) on an empty stomach hoping it helps kill any candida in at least the upper intestine. This has never caused me any die off though. The enemas caused major die off until I pretty much stopped seeing the gunk come out. Tweet
