Re: 1st Liver Flush - Discomfort and Pain

Think about your gallbladder like your attic. It's literally out of sight until your storage space starts to overflow.

Flushing your gallbladder is like you finally overcoming the procrasination and cleaning out that attic. Though an entirely new problem is created by stubbing your toes trying to walk around all that junk in your hallway. You haven't finished until the gallbladder-attic and hallway-ducts/intestines/colon is spotlessly clean

I would continue to flush every two weeks until your liver/gallbladder/ducts are clean. Also take supporting supplements (bitter herbs/malic acid) inbetween your flushes and stop them a few days before every flush. I have found the release of stones to be greatly increased by taking psyllium the day before a flush.

Keep reading, because some of the information is scattered and incomplete, and not as simple as some make it sound.

Good luck.
