The best first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem and accepting you need treatment. I would suggest finding a local treatment centre and checking yourself in for an assessment. Alternatively, you can go online and find your local AA or other alcohol recovery group. Either way, it is time to ask for help. Also you may not want to hear this, but getting your family involved could be a wise move. If they do not know what you are going through, they can not be there to support you. Just something to think about.
