Anything that helps produce bile or empty the liver and fill the gallbladder creates good results after a flush: bitter herbs, fiber, fasting. Also avoiding fats is important to the gallbladder as avoiding sex is to the prostate. The longer you go without fats the harder that muscle is going to contract. Dandelion (and Nettles) are not only wonderful for the gallbladder, but for the kidney and bladder as well.
