Update for Mommy


Good Morning,

I broke my 12 day fast on Thursday night with some yummy tasting grapefruit juice. I decided to go another month with fresh fruits/veggies and then start a fast again in June for 21 - 30 days. I want to see the effects of it on my thyroid, and feel like I have a plan to accomplish the healing of Hashimotos. Chris's response to my thyroid is what has me inspired to try to heal this on a nutritarian diet.

I am going to do another day of grapefruit juice today. It is my favorite juice, and actually I could probably eat grapefruit all day.

Tomorrow I am going for blueberries and strawberries.

I will start back at CrossFit on Tuesday, once I have a couple days of fruit/veggies in me. I really missed doing the WOD's ... I will be back in a couple months to post about my next fast. I am taking some vacation at the end of May, so I will probably start it then. That way I have 3-5 days to sleep, lay in the sun, and do nothing.
