I'm not an expert on flushing either, actually just a new convert who used to be skeptical. If my 89-year old mom can safely get through a flush, you can too.
Just prepare yourself and your body: softening and decalficying the stones, making yourself mineral sufficient, healing and detoxifing the liver/gallbladder/kidneys/pancreas, keeping the bile acids flowing.
I did tons of reading and months of prepping for and worrying about the big flush, especially in my mom's frail condition due to her 2cm kidney stone and numerous gallstones.
And now after just one flush, she's back to where she was 1 yr ago with her best blood pressure in almost 8-10 months. She regained her balance and fine motor control to a good degree. There's no question that flushing worked for my her, and likely works in general. The road is long, but likely will become shorter with each flush.
