Nickel-chromium alloy is the norm for partial dentures. You can make them from gold or titanium but those alloys won't work as well for partial dentures.

If i were you, i wouldn't be too concerned about Nickel-chromium alloy. I would be more concerned about the acrylic used in dentures, because if not cured properly, it could possibly release toxins. Tweet
