Please help me identify possible nasal worm (w/pics)

Hi.

I recently had a heavy nosebleed. I prob get a nosebleed in same nostril (left) once every 6-8 weeks.

Moderate exercise, nasal decongestant use, then blowing nose seems to bring them on.

I'm posting these pics of what I found on the TP used to stop my nosebleed.

Is this some type of tape proglottids? The whole thing is about 1cm long on the glass slide.

I allowed the "worm" to sit overnight in water and all the blood moved into the water. I added 90% alcohol and stained it with Lugols, methylene blue, then fixed it on a microscope slide.

I will use saline instead of water if there is a next time.

I drew a black line separating the two pieces. I think the thin small piece may have been connected to one end on the big piece.

I plan on showing my Dr. next visit.

Please help me identify what I'm dealing with.

Kinda looks like the photo - nasal para by ughhatelife

Thank you.
