Weird Odor emanating from body

My name is Daniel, and i seem to have an issue regarding my smell. I have Eczema, and am constantly worried about this odd "smelly feet" smell. I cannot find out what the origin of the smell actually is, and my friends are not a help whatsoever.

Things I have tried:
-Anti-Perspirent Deodorant on feet and armpits,
-Extra Lotion on whole body
-Shoes in the wash, clean shoes etc.
