Can feel Parasite in testicles!

Ok, this may sound gross but here goes. In the last few weeks, I have noticed when I wake up in the middle of the night, and slightly move in my bed, some thing slithers down from my abdomen to my testicles. And then my testicles sort of slightly shrink.

I've made sure that I am not imagining this. The worm, i am assuming, is probably anywhere from 3-6 inches. When in the abdomen and slithering down, I can feel it pretty close to the skin as if its just underneath.

I need help and guidance. I am worried. I have an appt. with my Dr. next week.
