MMS for gum issues

HI everybody,

I read through several threads on using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as a mouth wash for gum issues. I have some deep pockets that I'd like to use the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for. I'm still confused as to whether the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement needs to be activated with the citric acid or used without it. Some posters said yes, some said no.

The recipe I'm referring to said to use 6 drops of the MMS with 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice, wait 3 minutes, add 1/4 cup water, swish for 60 seconds, no more.

My question is...do I activate it or just use the MMS and water straight?
