Re: Winter depression and mercury, connection? (VitD3)

The lack of sunlight likely plays a role in why you feel worse in the winter.

If you have mercury trouble, then there's a fair chance you have an internal yeast problem too (often nicknamed candida). Yeast symptoms often get worse when it rains. I believe it rains a fair amount in Denmark during the winter (or at least it did the last time I was there during Christmas so many years ago).

I suggest you pay close attention to your feeling the next time it rains. If you feel worse, that would be an important clue to whether or not yeast is the cause.

If you have a yeast problem too, then you need to get rid of the mercury before you can take care of it completely. Or, at least that has been my experience. There are ways to reduce the yeast symptoms though. They involve a very strict diet, probiotics and taking a yeast killer.

I suggest a bit of research in the direction of yeast to see if it makes sense in your case.
