I'm on day 6 of eliminating Mt Dew and any other soda from my diet (3 to 6 cans per day). I have been extremely tired and can barely stay awake after eating a meal.
Is this a result of the lack of Sugar or the caffeine? How long can I expect this to last or what can I do to combat it?
Coffee with honey helps somewhat, but takes 45-60 mins for me to notice any difference.
I take 1000 mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil with 800 IU of Vitamin D3 daily and Royal Maca Root Extract (less than 833mg). Oh, and I also started oil pulling 3 days ago.
I'm just starting to make major changes so any help is greatly appreciated.
