Re: Anyone know about magnesium stearate in supplements?

In general I avoid fillers, binders and flow agents if possible.
Capsules before tablets
Powders before capsules
That said; it is not easy to find supplements without it.

I test the supplement by taking it without food; if digested properly and easily, no after taste / mineral taste. The bad ones (for me) I can taste for hours.
(Pls dont do this with large zinc dosages; it needs food or you will get nausea.)

The ones that pass the test is what I take.

I dont believe magnesium stearate is dangerous, but it is a hydrogenated oil. If one takes lots of supplements daily with ms it could be an extra load for the body.
I avoid it if I can, but I am not religious about it.
