I knew there were a lot of positive effects of consuming vitamin-C in some form, mostly through orange juice, but I don't know about overdosing on vitamin-C. I've read in medical journals how if you consume too much of one supplement your body doesn't know what to do with the excess, and just throws it out (causes the runs, or vomit). I wouldn't recommend overdosing on vitamin-C, but instead look for a supplement that can provide with the right amount that you need and deliver it in a fast efficient manner. Personally I take Altrient-C and love it! It really works with my crossfit workouts, and has really improved my health!
