>- Maybe you could sell your device as a research, experimental device, and some websites may report the effects of the device against parasites infections ?

Anything that you say may be used against you ( if you have a financial involvement ).

To put this in perspective, the FDA wrote :

"According to your website, "[t]he parasite Zapper originally introduced by Dr. Hulda Clark can provide relief from many illnesses caused by parasites such as giardia, cryptosporidium, flukes, other colon parasites and intestinal parasites in humans." You further claim, for example, that: ...

Your product is therefore a device as that term is defined in section 201(h) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act ("the Act") because it is intended for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease
"

Therefore, our new products are not intended for that purpose even though it is an individuals right to buy and use it for that purpose.

Anyone who buys and uses a ParaZapper for health purposes, must buy and use it "off-label", that is for a purpose for which it is not originally intended.

Yes, anyone who so wishes may use a zaapper to research for themselves and they do not have any need or requirement to answer to the FDA or other agency.
