Re: methylcobalamin

hi jpron,
i tried histame which is the DOA supplement and it was helpful in that first week when my histamines were thru the roof. i was itching like mad and had severe DR/DP and balance issues. i stopped using it since it's so darn expensive and find that the digestive enzymes work just as well, especially amylase.
did you also have neurological type symptoms with the high histamines? i also tested low ceruloplasmin which is a marker for high tissue copper and since i started copper detox my symptoms were down to almost nothing...even with the high histamines i'm still way better off than before the copper detox....also adrenaline/epinephrine is what the body mainly used for lowering histamines along with cortisol so in my opinion true "adrenal fatigue" is low levels of adrenaline which caused severe exhuastion....i have never been low cortisol and i've had every severe symptom of AF imaginable....IMHO sympathetic dominance is the mode before our adrenals use up al thier reserves lowering histamines since the copper is biounavailable and can't lower the histamines and the estrogen dominance causes the mast cells to degranulate sending more histamines into the system....
