Anemia

Hi, pls help if you have same experience.

Test result:
hemoglovin 11.1
hematocrit 33.7
MCV 73.7
MCH 24.2
RDW 16.9
BILLIRUBIN, TOTAL 0.1
iron 26
ferritin 5.8

doctor advice to take iron only 3 times a day, took 2 times,fill sick from Slow FE iron tablets and pharmasist advice to take Ferritin150 ones a day, feel a little better, but I thing I should take iron with ferritin if it's not the same.
