I found out today that i have no bacterial overgrowth in SI. Either that or i am in the rare category of "non responders" who produce a gas that is neither hydrogen or methane in response to lactulose.

This is very confusing...i still have a lot of bloating and gas, and stomach swelling with bowel movements so i thought that perhaps i have an issue with the ileocecal valve and some back flow of bacteria issue, but this did not show up on my test today.
