Re: Interesting video from a Dr. about Ovaries, Adrenals and Thyroid

wow so much of what you're going through sounds just like me :( I had to quit school and my job a couple months ago because it got unbearable. I would try to go to work on no sleep for 3 days. I just broke down but luckily my boyfriend is making enough to support us and I don't have health insurance but I'm so fortunate to have family that are doing well and have paid for my Dr. and testing etc. out of pocket. I was on my parents health insurance until just when I turned 26, so recently. I'm hoping I get this figured out sooner than later. It is the MOST frustrating thing in the world to not be able to feel like yourself and to do the things you want to do or even find joy in the things you used to. It feels like I have been robbed of life, as I'm sure so many women on here feel like. It does help talking about it to people that understand because most people are like what the heck is going on with you?! And you get frustrated because you wished you knew too. We will get through this! :) and I have just been eating TONS of fruits, veggies and salmon and healthy carbs like quinoa and buckwheat. because it is also my understanding that bacteria in my gut thrives on sugars and I know for general health it can wreak havoc in the body and carbs and dairy are loaded in it. Didn't know that until my DR. informed me. I have been taking Vitex for about 4 months now and it has helped regulate my period considerably. I used to be soooo irregular and my bleeding would be heavy and last for 3 weeks with clots. Vitex has definitely helped me with that :D I will let you know what ends up working for me so you don't have to spend money on things that may end up not helping. I think I either have a thyroid issue or adrenal issue but I will find out Thursday. Take care, and hang in there hon! :D
