Re: Something more on our mom's pain and symptoms
She has a small fever of 99, but it seems like she always has a slight fever. It did not rise with these new symptoms.
A slight fever like that is not a big issue. That could be simply from her body trying to fight the infection.
This neck and head pain has significantly improved since I last asked this question, however. Her bone pain has been significantly reduced as well.
Sounds good.
Not sure if Alex has mentioned this earlier, but she has also had very sensitive teeth (brushing with her fingers at this point) for the past few months. We tried to have her take xylitol and switch to a sensitive teeth toothpaste (Sensodyne and Tom's of Maine for sensitive teeth), but she hasn't really taken the xylitol regularly (says it's too sweet for her). Her teeth improved for two weeks or so, but started hurting again a few days ago.
She can add a drop of diluted clove oil to her toothpaste to numb the teeth when brushing. Clove oil is also highly antiseptic.
