On your program again...
I used your program last year, and I felt it worked really well. I actually ended it a couple of weeks, before I should have, however, and should probably have taken a maintenance dose for awhile. Over the summer I required antibiotics for something serious, and now I've got lots of new symptoms, like low blood pressure, lightheadedness, fasciculations, and a return of my itchy scalp. So, I am starting your program again. I think the yeast is pretty bad now, because my cravings for pastries, bread, cake, etc are overwhelming, and I've had two or three false starts. Anyway, I have a comment and question. First, Bragg's Liquid Amino, which you tout pretty heavily in your recipes and website, should not be taken if you have a reaction to MSG. I used it last year per your suggestion, and had a severe breathing problem for hours, Please, PLEASE warn people who have problems with MSG that Bragg's acts the same way. Bragg's actually took the "MSG free" wording off of their website and bottles last year. Second - is tahini allowed on the diet? Thanks!
