Re: Chronic moving itch with hair loss
Greetings Heatseeker (and welcome to the forum!) --
Chronic itching (no matter where it is) is always sign that our body cannot adequately eliminate toxins and/or has an overgrowth of a pathogen (bacteria, virus, fungus/mold/yeast, parasite) it cannot eliminate. Alternative medicine would suggest a group of supplements to 'turn off the itching' (which is fundamentally no different than taking drugs to do the same). Both squelch the only way our body has to cry out for help (and both force the body into actions that are not normal & natural to the body).
The human body is a magnifcent self-healing organism...it can (and does) heal itself of and from ANYthing when it's in it's natural state. The fundamental cause of all disease is the body being out of homeostasis (it's natural harmony & balance) - the cure for all disease is to help the body back to it's natural state. Here's a great synopsis: How "Cure" Happens - Dr. Kenneth R. Sutter
The first things two things we do in order to put the body back into it's natural state (always first and foremost) is to stop doing or ingesting anything that throws the body out of balance (or causes harm), and start doing & ingesting everything that puts the body back into it's natural state. As much as I (truly) appreciate & respect Tim O'Shea (Doctor Within), he has a couple of "issues". 1) He doesn't significantly address the liver & kidneys 2) He recommends taking isolated/fractionated supplements that are unnatural to our body. These substances (isolated/fractionated minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and other 'supplements'), are not natural to the human body and they do not cure anything...they only squelch symptoms (and many times throw the body further and further out of it's natural state).
Likely one of the best examples is what everyone 'knows' is THE most "innocent" of all supplements - Vitamin C. We all 'know' that if we take too much, our body easily eliminates it, and that we need it because we cannot create our own..and there's just no way we can harm ourself with Vitamin C/ascorbic acid. Right? Nope. Since the first thing I'm going to suggest you do to help get your body back into balance is to eliminate all supplements that are not natural, it's imperative you understand how these isolated/fractionated substances harm you...so the first two links in the list below (all about Vitamin C) are "must reads"...
So as you can see, the Vitamin C that you've been taking (all by itself) is enough to throw off several different mineral balances and cause the body to constantly be in an unnatural state...and of course, the body constantly strives to regain it's natural balance (and needs to be in it's natural state before it combat pathogens adequately or remove symptoms). Just think
Please don't think I'm attacking or criticizing you (or anyone elses) use of unnatural substances. We've ALL been scammed when it comes to 'alternative medicine'. We had enough sense to know that cutting/carving and synthetic drugs of allopathic medicine weren't going to help or heal our natural body in any way, but 'society' (along with the Powers That Be) have made it so that we turned away from one scam, only to land smack-dab in the middle of another. You can read a great synopsis of how that came about here http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1372970#i (scroll down to the paragraph that starts >>>It took MUCH more research to convince me<<< if the beginning of the post doesn't interest you.

Now that you have all that info, we can get started on helping your body get over this itching (and the other symptoms you're dealing with). Your diet is really (really!) good (all except for the lack of water) - but like all of us, it can use a bit of tweaking while in the healing and cleansing mode. And I agree (and glad to see you're ready), a few good cleanses are definitely in order.
From what you've shared regarding the 'stale air' and the reactions to foods containing molds (peanut butter, hard cheese), it's likely you have some type of issue there...and with the dehydration and constipation issues, it's impossible for your body to clear it. So the first place to start is a thorough colon cleanse and adequate water intake. At 110 pounds, the absolutely MINIMUM amount of pure water you need for adequate hydration is 55 ounces daily, so you'll want to get started on that asap.
It is VERY possible that doing 30 days on IF#1/IF#2, drinking adequate amounts of water daily, eliminating the unnatural substances/supplements and tweaking your diet will be enough to lessen/eliminate the itching. (By the way, you want to follow these diet guidelines:http://curezone.com/upload/_N_Forums/Natural_Heali/MucuslessDietDrChristopher... ) making sure to take the apple cider vinegar and cayenne 3x daily. The raapple cider vinegar will help restore your stomach acid (something you likely need very much due to the fact that your stomach acid production has likely lessened from supplementing with the betaine HCL for so long), and ACV (apple cider vinegar) is VERY effective for mold issues.
So for starters you'll want (you can get everything you need here: http://herbal-apothecary.net) 30 days of IF#1 & IF#2 (ground or whole flax seed, whichever you prefer); 4 oz of Cayenne powder, and I highly suggest you replace those unnatural supplements with natural Superfood (you can read about it here: http://curezone.com/schulze/handbook/superfood.asp ) You want to take 4-6 Tablespoons daily when in cleansing/healing mode and 2-4T daily for regular living. (14 oz = 2T daily). We offer the Superfood two ways in our Herbal Apothecary...Original (high in nutritional yeast, so strong amounts of B vitamins and protein for vegans & juice-fasting) or Special Blend (with less nutritional yeast - which is for those still eating meat & dairy).
It's possible you might get some immediate relief from the itching by assisting your liver to detoxify your blood. Two good options are Activated Charcoal Poultice over your liver for 6-8 hours daily http://healingtools.tripod.com/char2.html, and or Coffee Enemas [FAQ] Healing Cleanse: Coffee Enemas: Working File Thread Once you've done 10-15 days of the Colon cleanse you'll be ready to start liver and/or kidney cleansing. You'll definitely want to do Coffee Enemas as part of your Liver cleansing, so now would be a great time to get everything ordered and get the 'learning phase' over & done with...not to mention there's a very good chance they'll totally or partially relieve the itching.
If you have any questions, you'll find a WEALTH of information here: ~!~ Compilation ALL "Working FAQ" posts & threads and of course, please feel free to ask anything you'd like. You're going to love the way your natural body respond to natural healing & cleansing!
Healthiest of blessings,
