Hi Aquarius.......I am probably the only other person in the world who has noted white almond like things in my stools! In my case I know what they are.

mine are very hard and if I tap it, it really feals like a nut. However they are not. I seem to produce these after a liver flush, and having dissected a number they seem to be
caked billiary sludge. They can be quite chalk like in nature in the middle. Some of these are harder than others and because of their shape I suspect they form in the liver ducts and eventually are pushed out by the liver flush.

I would be interested to know if yours resemble mine at all, or indeed if anybody else has experience of these?
