Stomach pain with a UTI can be a kidney infection. I would see a doctor. Antibiotics are horrible, but it is very hard to cure these things naturally, especially when they are severe or chronic. The most helpful thing for me has been D-Mannosse which I take in large amounts if I am having sex. Good luck! Tweet
