Dr Jeff, What if I have Never Ever been on antibiotics?

Hi Dr Jeff,

I always thought I was certain that I have been suffering from systematic candida for many years. I have tried lots of treatments and they have given some relief but the symptoms return.

I am ready to start your plan ASAP but I have a question. It seems you are frequently mentioning that the cause of Candida outbreak is from antibiotic or steroid use. I have never been on an antibiotic or any other prescription medicine ever in my life. (Except I took birth control for about a week, but I had the symptoms even before that). I can say growing up I had a very poor diet - very little fruits and veggies, lots of chicken patties, fish sticks, pizza, chips, doritos, doritos, doritos, etc.

1)My question is, if I have never been on antibiotics or steroids, can I have a Candida outbreak? I'm am all but convinced I do because here are my symptoms:

vaginal and nipple discharge (I have never had a baby)
breast pain and tenderness (not just around my period)
extreme mood swings
fatigue
a pot belly even though I weigh only 98 pounds (gets bigger throughout the day as I eat each meal)
gas & bloating
asthma
ADD
lack of focus/brain fog

2)My second question is, should Candida show on a Mammogram or Sonogram? I think that based on my breast pain and nipple discharge that stuff has to be in my breasts but my Mammogram and Sonogram were both clear.

3)Last question, I have already done the Humaworm Parasite cleanse, but am considering doing yours after the Mccombs plan. How does yours differ from other cleanses and does yours actually kill the parasites or weaken them and lets your body kill them?
