I am on day two of what started as a complete Water Fast and has now turned into intermittent fasting. I am just curious if eating a small meal (rice, meat, veg) in the evenings will impact the effects of a true water fast. Its still less than 50 grams of carbohydrate so I should still go into ketosis but I think maybe the risk of loosing muscle mass will be diminished. Any input would be great. Thanks in advance.
