Re: Soy and skin

Working with cases I have noticed that those consuming larger amount of soy have a greyish lifless complexion.

This is typically women over 40; as soy is touted like a superfood over here. They dont tolerate milk, the doc order soy milk and there you go.
I put them on Iodine & co internally + make them treat the skin daily with a iodine/vit C mix and within weeks their skin is glowing again. Works for nails too.

Asked for help like this I have a few demands; off fluoride, off soy, off all kinds of margarine and vegetable oil in cooking. I meet quite a lot of resistance of course, as everything I tell them is opposite of the established truths in medicine.

Their resistance cease when their pores tighten and their skin starts to glow, and they are having comments about their looking good. It is actually my best trick when it comes to "pushing" the Iodine protocol; as healing or curing other health problems take so much longer.

I avoid soy like the plague except for soy sauce with sushi, but I havent found an oil I like for mayonnaise yet. Suggestions please.
