As an example, I like to eat Mayonnaise (not by itself), but mayo in most markets contains soybean oil to a high degree. Cheap alternative!? Why all the cheap soybean oil!? I won't buy many products due to soybeal oil being the primary (or major) ingredient. I'll have Miso very rarely, but that's fermented soy, a different story. Non-fermented soy tends to ALMOST ALWAYS give me headaches.
