Britney...Can't you be more specific about what vitamins you are talking about?
What is it that you and your friends are wanting to take?
It's always best to get our vitamins and minerals through our foods when we can.
But there are many supplements out there that will help you for specific needs
if taken as directed by someone knowledgable in vitamins and health care.
There are also some out there that I personally don't think should be taken by
anyone. I also lean more towards getting what we need from raw foods, juicing, etc.
