thanks for posting about the leaf worms. I think they are also known as leaf miners. I have those type leaves in my yard. I had never seen it before and wondered. They look gross.

I have been doing a protocol that I am getting better every day now no steps back. Yesterday, short sleeves.

F6 ( f-7 now available said to be faster ), on the skin is healing all the lesions. I take right now may increase, 1/16th t between cheek and gum to go into the bloodstream internally before bed. Had a huge herx reation meaning by definition die off two days agos from the internal. When this happened I alternated charcoal and NAC every hour along with vitamin c. It was scary, but exactly like what online says is going on so I knew I had to just get through it. Only lasted an evening. Next day I was slightly weak and back to normal by evening. Also coq10, zinc, b, mag for energy production until I rid myself of this. It works my energy is normal now every day. 2-3 bananas, and a glass of oj every day. I think they deplete a lot of our potassium. v-8 has been recommended by others. I think the tomatoes feed this so I stay away from that. Detox ( I think this takes away the iron the organism needs to grow ) on and off, charcoal 30 min before meal and 1T cilantro dried with meal. Hulda Clark parasite protocol for 90 days then maintenance dose. Only the f6 started healing my lesions and stopped new ones. The white spots are fading. That was the final piece I needed.
