Good point about the petri dish. But, if someone has a compromised immune system, might this serve to allow gene transfer and possible overgrowth?

Here are my levels of "beneficial bacteria" from my stool sample. I'd like your input:

+2 bacteroides fagilis group
+2 Bifidobacterium spp
+4 Escherichia coli
+3 Lactobacillus spp
+4 Enterococcus spp
+3 Clostridium spp

I worry about the e coli and the last two... aren't these pathogenic?
