Thanks. Someone told me they took the FOS out of the 50 billion (the one I was taking). I'm going to call them and ask point blank. It's a shame because I have seen so many on CZ that have had such great results on them. I used to take Custom Probiotics which have a powder base, but no FOS.

The base may not be FOS, but they have to have some base for the bacteria so you may need to ask them what the exact base is.
