my experience is that some people get benefits from it others dont. Why it is like that i dont know.
Just try it out and see what works for you.

I only use it in the evenings before bedtime as it makes me hungry.
It tastes yukk, the only brewers yeast that i have found that tastes good is Bjäst from sweden. Its also the most expensive one. Tweet
