Either the Mod's for this forum are asleep, or it doesn't have any.
Yes, the forum description does need changing/modifying but doesn't seem it is going to happen.
You could elect to visit the Webmaster's Support Forum and enquire as to who the mod's are, or alternatively, put someone forward who you think would make good mod's here.
