How do you feel about the claims certain people make that candida is caused by heavy metal toxicity.

I have just read (and also in the past) of people who've basically eliminated their candida symptoms after chelating heavy metals.

Whether by ALA, DMSA, or whichever chelating agent used, do you feel it is possible for candida overgrowth to just reduce/ disappear once heavy metals are reduced?
