No. No. NOT the same flush. Big difference.

Since my post on a non-conventional approach seems to have caused this hub-bub please let me clarify. Totally different intent. Totally different protocol. Totally different results. Select what is best for you.

1) Are You Stoned ( // ) Is a derivative of the standard Hulda Clark flush that basically doubles the OO (Olive-Oil) + lemon. Intent is to gulp down large amount of OO (Olive-Oil) + lemon in as short a time as possible, cause a major GB contraction, pushing out stones in GB and lower bile ducts.

2) Non-conventional Approach ( // ) is more a cleanse than a flush. Maybe a cleanse-flush hybrid. It utilizes a OO (Olive-Oil) + lemon + water drink (commonly used as a cleansing drink in old-time natural healing) over MANY hours to dissolve and wash-out congestion thus releasing deeply embedded stones and gunk. Epsom Salts is used at the end to open the bile ducts. It DOES NOT rely on GB contraction as clearly the GB has contracted and expelled all bile after the first couple of drinks!

Again....Big difference! "Are You Stoned" uses gulp-down-quick method to create GB contraction and bile surge. Primarily a GB and lower bile duct clearing method.
"Non-conventional approach" uses small cleansing drinks over many hours to dissolve and wash-out liver congestion and release deeply embedded junk in the liver.

There are different ways! One shoe size does not fit everyone! We must stop thinking like robots! Different people are different! Different approaches work for different people!
