Yes, THE issue - and, imo, the final straw

I completely agree that threatening to sue our WM is THE issue - that is certainly what prompted me to voice my opinions.  I have the greatest respect and support for the guy who owns and operates our home.  The issue today really is not about you and Hv, Uny and Hv, me and Hv or anything else.  No one should ever be allowed to threaten to sue the WM that way or call out the WM repeatedly for that matter.  However, I would opine that there is a cumulative effect that should be considered.  The straw and the camel's back in other words.  To me, this truly should be the final straw.
