Raw vegan diet and candida/dysbyosis
I have been struggling with intestinal/systemic bacterial/yeast/fungal infections (plus heavy metals, GI issues,
food intolerances , GERD, gastroparesis, low weight, muscle wasting, FMS/CFS, adrenal/thyroid/hormonal/neurotransmitter issues...you name it) for years. My health is failing and i'm only 25. I've tried everything and nothing helps.
There is a lot of controversy about how diet affects health, especially a vegan diet (mostly the raw ones). There are three main gurus for raw vegan (Cousens, Wolfe, Graham)....any opinions on if following one of their philosophies might be the missing link to my healing? Any success stories?
Also, I know Cousens has The Tree of Life Institute..do the other 2 have a healing center? My health is so poor that I need extra help, if I am to embark on this (I need to detox a lot of stuff, but my wt is very low and my health is a bit fragile).
Here are some posts I found re: raw vegan and candida:
80/10/10 diet (Dr Graham)

Does this depend on your blood type, too? I wonder how many people succeed on this diet based on their blood type (another controversial subject)
