In MPO, this dream is related to power. You are or would like/need to be in a high position. But being in a high position is risky. As what happned to the woman, that opened her mouth and got shot.Probaly you are willing/needing to have more power in your life, by speaking up your mind, but at the same time you fear to have negative consequences. Dreams kind of exagerate, so you can get the message.

If that makes ring a bell in you. Speak up your mind, in an assertive way, some people might not like it, but you will feel great.
