Re: New Treatment plan... need input
Since have leaky gut syndrome, I'm going to go and assume you're digestive system is already severely impaired. This could also mean that any and all aggressive treatments on candida could potentially cause further damage to your digestive system as well.
Given your weight, I'd say you are in no position to take chances here. I would seriously consider take the slow and caution approach insofar as Candida and digestion. Which would be something along the lines of a low impact anti-candida diet combined with a stronger focus on your digestive tract(papaya + acidophilus). In an effort to gain weight and regain your strength. After which, you could implement a manageable anti-Candida protocol.
The key IMO. to getting your Candida in check(which you can't kill it btw) is to get there slowly. Because if you go too fast... you could likely end-up destroying(stripping) your digestive tract in the process and starving your body of nutrients. And so the best way(as Tom mentioned) is likely to work on reducing the overgrowth and mending your digestive tract in the process.
PS. It's very easy to end-up treating symptoms in cases such as these. Therefore, I'd highly recommend you hold off on issues such as; thyroid etc until your infections are cleared. This way, you won't end-up treating the secondary symptoms of some other condition which all contribute to "more symptoms" and of course complications in your path to wellness.
Hope this helps,
