Hypothyroid, Adrenal Insuffiency? I think i made it worse

Well i was doing fine but then I took one dose of Jack3d workout supplement.

Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG)
Creatine Monohydrate Powder
Beta Alanine
Caffeine
1, 3 Dimethylamylamine
Schizandrol A

4145mg is the blend.

I took 1 dose and 2 hours after feeling great I felt extremely sick like super sick, cold, chills, sweatss, hot flashes, nausea ect....

Taking Isocort isnt helping like it did before when I got adrenal or thyroid symptoms. Im gonna get another bottle of Iodoral.

I hate myself so much because i was just exhausted that day and couldnt sleep so I took it to stay up and im hoping I can get better from this shit again.

I have no money for tests at the moment my mom is filing bankruptcy so until that goes through I cant do much as Im unemployed.
