I have never actually used buffered C to stop allergic reactions to food and I am going to call Dr Roby and/or read again his article on that, I mainly will have anxiety and slight nausea and even a slight hot flash when I eat certain foods, especially any
Sugar and even just fruit. Would you give me the brand name of the Vitamin C that you use and how much do you use? How much water do you drink with it? Do you use a buffered Vitamin C? Also, you mention that you do a flush if you feel you had a bad reaction to something, were you talking about a liver flush? Or a niacin flush? Please outline your protocols with more details because soon I will start a candida protocol and want to avoid die off. Actually if you have the time to share everything you know about how to avoid die off or herxing I would appreciate it.

food allergies . I am considering simply taking Vitamin C with every meal or with any food that I think may cause symptoms. Any information you can share appreciated.
