I find the idea of "wolf" spider intriguing. I'm assuming this name is due to their hairy nature. Also I don't think they make webs and wait for their prey, but like your dream spider, roam around actively hunting for food.
Spiders can represent creativity due to their web-making abilities. I believe we can say this dream is not about creativity.
I'm thinking it may involve your mother, or some other female that influenced your life.

Don't know much about morgellons, and how this would relate to that, but hope I've shed some light on this dream.
