Re: What about blood pressure?

I dont see how vinegar acts as bait when its already been fermented. Yeast+bacteria has already burned the fuel from the apples leaving its by-products behind.

Again another company that does not list the side effects of its product. Syclovir set my gut on fire with extreme inflammation. I dont recommend that product with anyone who has a sensitive gut. Coconut oil and undecenoic acid is a much more mild approach. Betonite clay is a more gentle absorbent than DE. Betonite just doesnt have the silica/diatoms like DE does. Sometimes if my gut is sensitive ill use the betonite clay instead of the DE.

Ive never done more than one tablespoon of DE ive noticed it can be very dehydrating and somewhat constipating. I think De is very alkaline forming as well.  Probably all the dirt-like clays are very alkaline. Syclovir might not be as alkaline because i think he removes a lot of the minerals?

I would rather do high doses of vitamin C than syclovir to reduce bloating. The vitamin C goes quickly through you system and doesnt scratch your intestines like DE does.
