These are hernias of the outer lower leg. They are also known by other names such as "Reducible Lower Leg Hernias"
I didn't have them before but developed them recently if this is what I have. I haven't suffered any physical trauma (accident, sports etc).

Mine are not as large as the ones in the photo.
Is this due to collagen loss via high cortisol adrenal fatigue? I have two on each lower leg. They become visible when I exert force on my legs like with running and straight away when crouching.
Could it be soft tissue inflammation instead of hernias?
Is there anything non-surgical I can do about them?
