How much of the strains of kefir actually survive stomach acid and successfully implant in the intestines?

Kefir for me seemed to be more effective as a enema. I didnt notice any difference when i took it orally. Then you have to raise the question of whether the plant strains actually implant/permanetly colonize. + Seems like human strains would be more bio-compatible than plant strains.
