Hello all. I am hoping that someone has an answer to this. Is the choline load for the TMAU urine test absolutely necessary? I had taken the test awhile ago, but they did not have me do a choline load, and at the time I was unaware that you usually do that. The results showed that I processed 94.6% of choline (I don't know if that's good or bad, though). I mean, it's not like I eat as much choline every day as they make you take for the test (it looks like you take an awful lot). Does anyone have any idea as to how much lower my percentage of processed choline will drop if I was to take the choline load? If anyone has any answers, anything at all, please help me out. Thank you.
