Thank you, Clare, for being so inviting. A group like this one is Heaven to find when you're going through what we are, as I'm sure you're well aware. I'm literally counting down til my appointment, which is very soon, and will be sure to come back to post what will hopefully be PROGRESS toward gaining my life back. It's important for others to know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm pretty open with a lot of the ladies I work with (we work for a small company and consider ourselves friends more than colleagues) and a few of them with Mirena are curious to see how it'll impact my life having it removed. I hope to be a positive example for them, some of who are clearly suffering from the same symptoms: dieting, exercising, and nothing....
